Before You Write To Us

Can you rebuild an indicator I use on another platform?

Often, yes. Describe its logic, or share its formula if it is yours to share, and we rebuild it as a Sierra Chart study. We do not copy closed source code.

Which Sierra Chart package and data feed do I need?

It depends on what the study reads. An order flow study needs bid and ask volume from your data feed, for example. We confirm what your study needs in the spec, before you commit.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

Every study is quoted after the spec. Two ideas that sound alike can take very different amounts of work, so the price and the timeline come with the quote.

Is my idea kept private?

Tell us when you first write. Confidentiality is agreed in the quote, along with the delivery terms.
