3. No Automatic Right of Withdrawal

Unlike physical goods, digital content that is downloaded or accessed immediately is not subject to a mandatory "cooling-off" period or right of withdrawal under Hong Kong law.

By confirming your purchase and downloading our digital templates or indicators, you acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases of technical failure described in Section 4 below.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues

We are committed to providing high-quality templates and studies. While general refunds are not offered, exceptions are made in the event of a verified technical issue that prevents the proper use of the product (e.g., the file is corrupt, or the code does not function as described), provided that our support team has been given the opportunity to resolve the issue first.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund based on a technical failure, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date at contact@sierachart.com and provide:

• Email address used for the order
• Order date and product name
• Detailed description of the technical issue encountered (screenshots are appreciated)

Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it within a reasonable period (generally 3-5 business days). If approved, your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the original order.

6. Unauthorized Use After Refund

If a refund is granted, your license to use the product is immediately revoked. Continued use of refunded templates/indicators or sharing them with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use or distribution constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
