Since our products are entirely digital (Sierra Chart templates, studies, and chartbooks), no physical shipping is involved.

After your payment has been successfully processed, the product files will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly to avoid delivery delays.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Our system allows for instant access. In most cases, you will receive your download link(s) within 1 to 5 minutes of order confirmation.

Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox within 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still have not received it, please contact our support team immediately.

3. File Format & Compatibility

The templates are delivered as downloadable attachments or secure links. The primary file format is the Sierra Chart Chartbook format (.CHT).

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the necessary software (Sierra Chart) installed to open and utilize these files.

4. Delivery Costs

There are no shipping or delivery fees. The price paid at checkout covers the cost of the digital license and the applicable transaction fees. World-wide electronic delivery is free of charge.

5. Support for Delivery Issues
